Potpisan je Ugovor o građenju za projekt Regulacija vodotoka Ričina u Zadru (IV. faza) vrijedan 7,9 milijuna kuna, a potpisali su ga generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đuroković, direktor Konstrukta d.o.o. Matija Perić i vlasnik tvrtke Golemi Vinko Golem. Potpisivanju su nazočili župan Zadarske županije Božidar Longin te gradonačelnik Zadra Branko Dukić.
Ukupna vrijednost investicije uređenja vodotoka Ričine iznosi 16,2 milijuna kuna, a vrijednost Ugovora o građenju za IV. fazu koji je danas potpisan iznosi 7,9 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, a sredstva su osigurale Hrvatskih vode.
Projektom regulacije vodotoka Ričine od mosta na Gaženičkoj cesti do uzvodnog mosta na državnoj cesti D8, ukupne duljine 3,1 km predviđena je rekonstrukcija vodotoka izgradnjom obrambenih zidova na rubu inundacijskog područja te djelomičnim proširenjem korita na pojedinim dionicama.
Navedenim radovima povećat će se kapacitet korita sa sadašnjih 20 na 56 m3/s što će omogućiti prihvat znatno većih vodnih valova uslijed poplavnih događaja na Ričini, a time i podići efikasnost obrane od poplava u slučajevima ekstremnih oborina.
Projekt je podijeljen u četiri faze prema kojima se provode određeni radovi.
Četvrta faza projekta obuhvaća izgradnju novog otvorenog kanala kojim će se vode provoditi od propusta na križanju s državnom cestom D8 (Zagrebačka ulica), odnosno od spoja vodotoka Ričina i Kvandova jaruga do profila neposredno iznad postojećeg propusta kroz trup Ulice akcija Maslenica. Regulacija korita vodotoka Ričina izvest će se u dužini od 570 m, a korita vodotoka Kvandova jaruga u duljini od 70 m.
Poplavni događaj koji je pogodio Zadarsku županiju 2017. godine prouzročio je ekstremnu materijalnu štetu na cijelom pogođenom području. Posebno velike štete nastale su uz vodotok Ričinu u gusto urbaniziranom području grada Zadra gdje je nastao do tada nezabilježeni vodni val.
Vodni val se formirao u gornjem nenaseljenom dijelu sliva te se povećavao propagacijom kroz naseljeno područje prikupljajući vode iz postojećih ispusta oborinske odvodnje.
Hrvatske vode su poslije ovog poplavnog događaja izvele radove na širem području grada Zadra na sanaciji šteta u iznosu od 4,7 milijuna kuna od čega samo na vodotoku Ričina u iznosu od 1,7 milijuna kuna.

Potpisan je Ugovor o građenju za projekt Regulacija vodotoka Ričina u Zadru (IV. faza) vrijedan 7,9 milijuna kuna, a potpisali su ga generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đuroković, direktor Konstrukta d.o.o. Matija Perić i vlasnik tvrtke Golemi Vinko Golem. Potpisivanju su nazočili župan Zadarske županije Božidar Longin te gradonačelnik Zadra Branko Dukić.
Ukupna vrijednost investicije uređenja vodotoka Ričine iznosi 16,2 milijuna kuna, a vrijednost Ugovora o građenju za IV. fazu koji je danas potpisan iznosi 7,9 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, a sredstva su osigurale Hrvatskih vode.
Projektom regulacije vodotoka Ričine od mosta na Gaženičkoj cesti do uzvodnog mosta na državnoj cesti D8, ukupne duljine 3,1 km predviđena je rekonstrukcija vodotoka izgradnjom obrambenih zidova na rubu inundacijskog područja te djelomičnim proširenjem korita na pojedinim dionicama.
Navedenim radovima povećat će se kapacitet korita sa sadašnjih 20 na 56 m3/s što će omogućiti prihvat znatno većih vodnih valova uslijed poplavnih događaja na Ričini, a time i podići efikasnost obrane od poplava u slučajevima ekstremnih oborina.
Projekt je podijeljen u četiri faze prema kojima se provode određeni radovi.
Četvrta faza projekta obuhvaća izgradnju novog otvorenog kanala kojim će se vode provoditi od propusta na križanju s državnom cestom D8 (Zagrebačka ulica), odnosno od spoja vodotoka Ričina i Kvandova jaruga do profila neposredno iznad postojećeg propusta kroz trup Ulice akcija Maslenica. Regulacija korita vodotoka Ričina izvest će se u dužini od 570 m, a korita vodotoka Kvandova jaruga u duljini od 70 m.
Poplavni događaj koji je pogodio Zadarsku županiju 2017. godine prouzročio je ekstremnu materijalnu štetu na cijelom pogođenom području. Posebno velike štete nastale su uz vodotok Ričinu u gusto urbaniziranom području grada Zadra gdje je nastao do tada nezabilježeni vodni val.
Vodni val se formirao u gornjem nenaseljenom dijelu sliva te se povećavao propagacijom kroz naseljeno područje prikupljajući vode iz postojećih ispusta oborinske odvodnje.
Hrvatske vode su poslije ovog poplavnog događaja izvele radove na širem području grada Zadra na sanaciji šteta u iznosu od 4,7 milijuna kuna od čega samo na vodotoku Ričina u iznosu od 1,7 milijuna kuna.
