Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 37-godišnjaka zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje tri kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Postoji, naime, osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 37-godišnjak od 1. siječnja 2018. do 11. rujna 2020. na Viru, u svojstvu osnivača i odgovorne osobe jednog trgovačkog društva, postupio s ciljem da za sebe i druge pravne i fizičke osobe pribavi imovinsku korist.

Osnovano se sumnja da je u više navrata, bez zaključivanja ugovora o zajmovima, iz pologa gotovine od tekućeg poslovanja odobravao davanje pozajmica ili kratkoročnih kredita (ukupni iznos od oko 2.408.450,00 kuna) koji nikada nisu vraćeni društvu.

Službena vozila društva, ukupne vrijednosti od oko 398.000,00 kuna, koja je temeljem zaključenog ugovora o leasingu s jednom leasing kućom u potpunosti platilo njegovo trgovačko društvo, nakon isplate zadnje leasing rate bez naknade je prenio na svoje ime.

U nakani pribavljanja imovinske koristi, svojoj majci sa žiro računa trgovačkog društva, na ime troškova najamnine poslovnog prostora u njezinoj obiteljskoj kući, bez sklapanja ugovora o najamnini isplatio oko 489.000,00 kuna.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je na opisani način oštetio svoje društvo za ukupan iznos od oko 3.295.500,00 kuna.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 37-godišnjaka zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje tri kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Postoji, naime, osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 37-godišnjak od 1. siječnja 2018. do 11. rujna 2020. na Viru, u svojstvu osnivača i odgovorne osobe jednog trgovačkog društva, postupio s ciljem da za sebe i druge pravne i fizičke osobe pribavi imovinsku korist.

Osnovano se sumnja da je u više navrata, bez zaključivanja ugovora o zajmovima, iz pologa gotovine od tekućeg poslovanja odobravao davanje pozajmica ili kratkoročnih kredita (ukupni iznos od oko 2.408.450,00 kuna) koji nikada nisu vraćeni društvu.

Službena vozila društva, ukupne vrijednosti od oko 398.000,00 kuna, koja je temeljem zaključenog ugovora o leasingu s jednom leasing kućom u potpunosti platilo njegovo trgovačko društvo, nakon isplate zadnje leasing rate bez naknade je prenio na svoje ime.

U nakani pribavljanja imovinske koristi, svojoj majci sa žiro računa trgovačkog društva, na ime troškova najamnine poslovnog prostora u njezinoj obiteljskoj kući, bez sklapanja ugovora o najamnini isplatio oko 489.000,00 kuna.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je na opisani način oštetio svoje društvo za ukupan iznos od oko 3.295.500,00 kuna.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 37-godišnjaka zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje tri kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Postoji, naime, osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 37-godišnjak od 1. siječnja 2018. do 11. rujna 2020. na Viru, u svojstvu osnivača i odgovorne osobe jednog trgovačkog društva, postupio s ciljem da za sebe i druge pravne i fizičke osobe pribavi imovinsku korist.

Osnovano se sumnja da je u više navrata, bez zaključivanja ugovora o zajmovima, iz pologa gotovine od tekućeg poslovanja odobravao davanje pozajmica ili kratkoročnih kredita (ukupni iznos od oko 2.408.450,00 kuna) koji nikada nisu vraćeni društvu.

Službena vozila društva, ukupne vrijednosti od oko 398.000,00 kuna, koja je temeljem zaključenog ugovora o leasingu s jednom leasing kućom u potpunosti platilo njegovo trgovačko društvo, nakon isplate zadnje leasing rate bez naknade je prenio na svoje ime.

U nakani pribavljanja imovinske koristi, svojoj majci sa žiro računa trgovačkog društva, na ime troškova najamnine poslovnog prostora u njezinoj obiteljskoj kući, bez sklapanja ugovora o najamnini isplatio oko 489.000,00 kuna.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je na opisani način oštetio svoje društvo za ukupan iznos od oko 3.295.500,00 kuna.
